You can explore some features without an account, but creating a free account unlocks personalized readings, history tracking, and the ability to save your birth chart and preferences for faster access.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a secure reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Note that this action is permanent and will erase all your data, readings, and history. Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) through Stripe. Local payment methods may be available depending on your region. Transactions are protected with industry-standard safeguards where supported.
Credit packs are refundable within 7 days if completely unused. Subscriptions have a 7-day guarantee for first-time subscribers. AI readings are non-refundable once generated. See our Refund Policy for details.

Credits are used for premium AI readings and detailed reports. Each service shows its credit cost before use. Credit packs are valid for 3 months from purchase date, and monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle.
Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain premium access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees or hidden charges.
